app and guide you in creating a personalized treatment plan.
This app simplifies sleep tracking, offering you the
flexibility to update it manually or integrate it with your
wearable device for effortless data collection.
Through 1-on-1 weekly therapy sessions and your sleep data, your
clinician will collaborate with you to gradually improve your
sleep quality and duration.
These sessions are focused
on administering your custom sleep treatment, monitoring your
ongoing progress, and adjusting the plan as required.
