Assessments

Upon the first appointment, we will pair you with an experienced sleep specalist.

We will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand the root causes of your insomnia and customize an effective treatment plan.

Treatment Plans

Our clinician will provide you with a specialized sleep tracking app and guide you in creating a personalized treatment plan.

This app simplifies sleep tracking, offering you the flexibility to update it manually or integrate it with your wearable device for effortless data collection.

Therapy Sessions

Through 1-on-1 weekly therapy sessions and your sleep data, your clinician will collaborate with you to gradually improve your sleep quality and duration.

These sessions are focused on administering your custom sleep treatment, monitoring your ongoing progress, and adjusting the plan as required.

Monday — Friday: 8:00AM — 9:00PM

Saturday — Sunday: 10:00AM — 5:00PM

Clinician Availability

We have sleep clinicians available seven days a week, including during normal working hours, some evenings, and weekends. 

To maintain high-quality care for our current patients, we accept a limited number of new patients each month. This approach ensures that our clinicians can dedicate adequate time and attention to supporting those already under our care.
